My client are a specialist manufacturer delivering high-quality products to demanding customers across a range of industries. With a strong focus on quality, service and continuous improvement, the business is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Project Manager to take ownership of a key customer programme.  You will be involved in managing one of the clients biggest clients when it comes down to the end to end delivery of projects. 

The Role
Take end-to-end ownership of customer manufacturing programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Act as the main operational point of contact for a key customer, managing relationships, expectations and regular programme reviews.
Coordinate activities across Engineering, Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Logistics to ensure the smooth delivery of manufacturing programmes.
Monitor production schedules, materials availability, work-in-progress and delivery performance, proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges.
Drive continuous improvement, cost control and quality initiatives, ensuring manufacturing efficiency and customer satisfaction remain at the forefront.Key Experience
5 years' project or programme management experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Proven experience managing complex manufacturing programmes involving multiple departments, production processes and supply chain dependencies.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, materials management and quality assurance.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems to manage production orders, manufacturing schedules and work-in-progress.
Excellent customer relationship management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability.If you feel you have the experience of the above, then please apply with your latest CV
