Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor Location: Leeds Salary: £40,000 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Were recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a busy Facilities Management contract in Leeds. This position would suit an experienced supervisor, lead engineer or senior engineer looking to take the next step in their career and take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of maintenance across site. The Role Youll support the effective running of the engineering team, ensuring planned and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales. Responsibilities will include: Supervising and supporting the maintenance team Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance Allocating and monitoring engineering workloads Ensuring PPMs are completed within required timescales Supporting fault finding and technical issues Managing contractors where required Maintaining health & safety and compliance standards Liaising with clients and other stakeholders Ensuring accurate CAFM and maintenance records are maintained About You Were looking for someone with: Previous experience within Facilities Management/building services Mechanical or electrical engineering background Previous supervisory, lead or senior engineering experience Strong technical knowledge Good communication and organisational skills A hands-on approach to maintenance delivery Whats On Offer? £40,000 salary Permanent position Leeds-based role Supervisory responsibility Established Facilities Management environment Training and progression opportunities If youre looking for your next step within FM maintenance, apply today for further information.
