Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Pay: £190–£230 per day, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Site Foreman / Site Supervisor to join our team in NW11, London.

As a Site Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day works on site, coordinating trades and operatives, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring work is completed on schedule and to the required standard. Acting as a proactive Site Supervisor, you will keep operations running smoothly across all multi-trade activities.

This is a temporary-to-permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities as the primary Site Foreman.

• Manage and allocate work to tradesmen and labourers across all shifts.

• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Coordinate plumbers, handymen, builders, and other trades on site.
