Salary: NICS EOII £30,458-£31,097 Job type: Full time, fixed term until 31 March 2028, with the possibility of extension subject to funding) Hours of work: 37 hours per week Responsible to: Head of Policy and Development Closing date: 25 May 2026 About the role This role supports Housing Rights in achieving its vision and strategic objectives by contributing to the delivery of its digital development and income diversification strategies.

It involves providing digital communications support, working collaboratively to enhance public donations through online channels, and delivering professional communications to both corporate and individual donors.
The role also plays a key part in income generation by promoting and supporting the sale of training and events.
About you You will bring: minimum of 1 years' experience in a digital communications role which contributes directly to an organisation's income generation services experience of using design tools e.g.
Canva to produce professional materials for a range of stakeholders to effectively communicate an organisation's strategic priorities experience in using a range of digital communication tool, for example, videos in a professional capacity (i.e.
on behalf of an organisation) The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in digital media or communications, alongside proven experience in developing and implementing communications and social media strategies.
They will be skilled in identifying and delivering innovative content approaches, particularly using emerging social platforms to engage new audiences.
Experience in utilising digital tools such as Ticket Tailor or JustGiving for income generation is preferred, as is the ability to use data analytics to inform content creation, marketing, and promotional strategies.
