• Schedule: Monday to Friday (great work-life balance no weekends!)

• Pay: 19.47 per hour

• Team Size: 19 kitchen professionals

About the Role
As Junior Sous Chef, youll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. Youll help maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene while contributing to menu development and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing kitchen operations and service

• Supervise and support junior team members

• Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes

• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards

• Contribute ideas for menu improvements and seasonal dishes

• Previous experience in a similar role or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up

• Passion for fresh, high-quality food

• Strong organisational and leadership skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
