Outdoor Maintenance Engineer, Residential

The Facilities department manages the upkeep and operational integrity of our estate. This team handles everything from planned preventative maintenance to reactive repairs, ensuring a safe and high-quality environment for all colleagues and visitors. You will be the go-to person for keeping our outdoor and indoor environments in top shape, ensuring every corner of our premises meets our high standards.

Job requirements

Qualifications Proven background in facilities maintenance or a similar trade Proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to manage a varied workload independently Keen eye for detail and high standards of workmanship Full UK driving licence Experience operating specialised access equipment such as scissor lifts, cherry pickers, or telehandlers Additional information Perform minor repairs and general maintenance tasks to keep facilities in optimal working order Support the Facilities team with ad-hoc maintenance requests Chaperone visitors and act as a professional point of contact Manage waste disposal in line with recycling policies Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the facilities
