About the role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with GIS, geospatial technology experience to design and deliver enterprise solutions for customers across sectors including defence, utilities and public services. You will work with technical teams and customers to develop scalable solutions using modern cloud, data and geospatial technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver technical solutions using GIS, cloud and enterprise technologies.

Work with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Develop scalable technical architectures using AWS, Azure and enterprise platforms.

Support projects involving GIS, IoT, AI,ML, big data, 3D and digital twins.

Work closely with developers, technical teams and stakeholders.

Provide technical leadership and mentor colleagues.

Key Skills

Experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical role.

Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions.

Knowledge of GIS,  geospatial technologies and data.

Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Knowledge of databases, networking, APIs, cybersecurity and system integration.

Experience with Python, JavaScript, automation or Azure DevOps.

Home-based with occasional UK travel
