The role would be to look after a number of smaller of values under £1m, or sit on a bigger one of say £5m.

The role would be to take the project from inception, check out the programmes and design, liaise with the pre con teams, and once the project is won see it through to completion with a Site Manager running all day to day duties. xwzovoh

All usual PM duties apply and the candidate must have experience overseeing facade projects and understand all the uptodate regulations and understand the Golden thread reporting.
