Logistics Coordinator Location: Redditch Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Pay Rate: £15.80 per hour Hours: Full-time We are currently recruiting for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join a busy and well-established business based in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in logistics, shipping or export coordination who is looking for a role with the potential to become permanent. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the smooth and efficient movement of goods, with a particular focus on export orders, shipping documentation and freight arrangements. Key Responsibilities Process export orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and maintain shipping and export documentation, including picking lists, delivery notes, packing lists and certificates. Coordinate freight collections and arrange sea, air and courier shipments. Liaise with customer service teams to provide updates on order and dispatch progress. Maintain accurate stock records and support stock control activities. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time. Liaise with third-party suppliers and transport providers to arrange and manage collections. Ensure all logistics documentation is completed accurately and in line with company procedures. Support the wider logistics team with the smooth day-to-day running of the operation. About You The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a logistics, shipping, export or supply chain environment and will be confident coordinating multiple orders and shipments at once. You will be: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and internal teams. Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experienced in preparing logistics or export documentation. IT literate with good administrative skills. A proactive team player with a hands-on approach.
