Global Head of Learning & Development

JSS is seeking a Head of Learning & Development based in London. This high-impact role requires an experienced leader to shape and deliver a global learning and capability strategy while managing a team of seven Learning & Development Partners across different locations.

The successful candidate will have significant L&D leadership experience within large organizations, with a strong focus on innovative learning methods and stakeholder engagement. The role offers a competitive base salary between £100,000-£110,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
