Senior M&A & Private Equity Counsel - Lead Transactions

Canon Sphere is hiring a Senior Associate/Principal Associate to support M&A, Private Equity, and General Corporate practices. This role requires 4+ years of qualification experience in corporate law, emphasizing transactional and advisory expertise, particularly in M&A and private equity.

The candidate will draft and negotiate transaction documents, manage due diligence, and mentor junior associates while providing strategic legal advice to clients.

The position is on-site/hybrid based in the UK.
