Document Controller – PAMS

DescriptionLiaise with Planning, Engineering, Quality and Check Supervisors on the printing of aircraft check packs.Print check packs and distribute to the relevant zones of the aircraft.Collate all aircraft paperwork once completed and ensure that it is completed correctly.Follow up on incomplete / missing paperwork.Ensure that all paperwork is scanned, bookmarked, backed up and entered in aircraft records.Any other duties / tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager.RequirementsPrevious Doc Control experience is an advantage.Aircraft experience / knowledge is an advantage.Engineering or Aeronautical degree is desirable.Working knowledge of AMOS is desirable.Excellent planning and organisational skills are essential.Strong communication (written & oral).Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.Ability to work without direct supervision.Must have initiative; be enthusiastic and understand the importance of professional integrity.Successful candidate is required to provide a clean Disclosure Scotland to work at UK Airports.Note: This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and its general nature.
