In this varied role role, you will take ownership of eye-catching shop displays to highlight promotions, manage incoming and outgoing stock, and prepare and deliver customer orders. Your key responsibilities will include: Customer Service: Provide outstanding support to customers both face-to-face and over the phone. Trade Counter & Sales: Efficiently serve walk-in customers and make proactive sales calls to a portfolio of new and existing accounts, collaborating closely with the external sales team. Sales Administration: Process customer orders, generate accurate quotations, and actively follow up on leads. Stock & Warehouse Management: Oversee stock control, including processing orders, picking, packing, managing store transfers, and safely loading/unloading delivery vans (includes heavy lifting). Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about new industry products and market trends to better assist customers.
