Administration Assistant (Online Examinations) £24,522 gross per annum The Role The post of the Administration Assistant (Online Examinations) in conjunction with the Online Examinations Officer will ensure all online examinations are booked, set up correctly and administered successfully according to awarding body regulations; this will include software installation, booking resources and running the online examinations.  In addition, you will also work with the Examinations Officers to ensure daily examination administration tasks are carried out effectively.  In addition, you will provide a positive first-class enquiries service within the Beacon Centre, assisting with queries from staff, students and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner. What we are looking for You must have evidence of a good standard of education to at least NVQ Level 2 (including English and maths) and a working knowledge of IT including Microsoft products. You should also have experience of working in an administrative environment and of face-to-face customer service. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision and be able to work to deadlines. Interview Date: Monday 27th July 2026
