Supervisor - Highways Scheme Location: Wellingborough Rate: £(Apply online only)- CIS or Ltd company available Duration: 8 months   About the Role:   Are you a supervisor seeking a long term outside IR35 contract?   We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a highways engineering scheme in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable Supervisor with a strong background in delivering works on site, managing teams, and driving programme performance.   The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities, managing internal operatives and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.   Key Responsibilities:   ·Supervising National Highways projects across multiple sites. ·Ensuring works are delivered safely on programme and to the required quality standards. ·Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities. ·Maintaining compliance with National Highways and health & safety requirements. ·Liaising with site teams, engineers and the client.   Essential Requirements:   ·Gold CSCS ·SMSTS ·First aid ·Experience delivering highways and civil engineering works   For more information please click APPLY NOW or call Ty Darbyshire on (phone number removed)
