HLTA – EYFS / KS1 | Salford Primary School Salford Start: ASAP Primary School ⏰ Short-term / ongoing opportunity Cover People are working with a fantastic primary school in Salford who are looking for an experienced and confident HLTA to support across EYFS and KS1. This is a varied role perfect for somebody who enjoys being involved across the school! You’ll be supporting pupils in the classroom, delivering interventions and taking responsibility for whole-class cover, PPA and management cover when required. For the EYFS side of the role, the school is particularly keen to find somebody with strong Early Years experience who understands how to create engaging, age-appropriate learning opportunities for younger children. ⭐ We’re looking for someone who: ✨ Has HLTA experience or significant experience working at HLTA level ✨ Has strong EYFS and/or KS1 experience ✨ Is confident leading and covering a whole class independently ✨ Has strong behaviour management skills ✨ Can support phonics, early literacy and numeracy ✨ Is flexible, enthusiastic and happy working across different classes ✨ Has Paediatric First Aid – desirable, but not essential This role would be ideal for an experienced HLTA who loves variety and is confident stepping into the classroom and taking the lead when needed.
