Industrial Door, Gates, Barriers and Shutter Engineer

The Role We are seeking to expand our highly skilled door engineers for installation and repairs on Roller shutters, Industrial Doors, Automatic Doors, Glazing Systems, Barriers and Loading Bays. You will be responsible for installations, fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance on a number of prestige contracts in commercial, industrial and public locations. Some of the larger installation may require staying overnight. You must have experience, You will have a flexible approach to overtime and be willing to work on a call out rota. Qualifications and Skills Required * Previous field experience within the industry is essential . * Good knowledge and experience with all types of industrial doors. * IPAF and PASMA desirable * Electrical skills would be an advantage. * Knowledge of Automatic Doors or EN 16005 (desirable) * CSCS card would be ideal. * Full UK Driving license Benefits: * A competitive basic salary * Overtime * Paid door to door * Standby payments whilst on call, plus call out for each response * Contributory pension * Company van/ fuel card * Company PDA * Uniform & PPE Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: * Company car * Company pension * Sick pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime * Weekend availability Experience: * Industrial Door: 1 year (required)
