Senior Legal Counsel Location: Northampton A well-established international business is seeking a commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to provide proactive, pragmatic legal support across a broad range of matters in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Advise on a broad range of legal matters with a focus on commercial contracts. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements to a high standard. Manage risk assessment with a balanced, business-focused approach. 5+ years of post-qualification experience from a reputable law firm or in an in-house legal function. ~ Sound legal analysis, commercial judgment, and attention to detail. ~ Additional language skills desirable but not essential.
