This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about supporting young people who may have experienced barriers to learning and require a more personalised and nurturing educational environment. The role offers the opportunity to move into a permanent position following a successful temporary period. 👩‍🏫 The Role You will be teaching small classes of pupils with a range of additional needs, including: ✅ Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs ✅ Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) ✅ ADHD ✅ Behavioural challenges ✅ Communication and interaction needs ✅ Pupils requiring alternative educational provision The successful candidate will create engaging lessons, build positive relationships and help pupils develop both academically and personally. 📚 Key Responsibilities ✨ Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons ✨ Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs ✨ Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing ✨ Create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment ✨ Monitor and assess pupil progress ✨ Work collaboratively with support staff, parents and external agencies ✨ Encourage confidence, resilience and personal development ❤️ Why This Role Is Different This role is ideal for teachers who want to make a genuine difference.
