You will be working as part of a successful commercial team responsible for tenders and pcsas, overall commercial on site and a small team in sectors including Education, life sciences, heritage and leisure Requirements for Managing Quantity Surveyor:The company are looking for a candidate who has strong negotiation and communication skills, is organised and has high attention to detail. You will come from a Main contractor background, and be competent in managing multiple projects and a team with high organisational abilities.

You will ideally also have the followingExperience with JCT Traditional contract Overseeing multiple projects led successful tenders worked within a similar business or overseen multiple key projects at a time ability to manage a team and their career goalsThe company:The company are a leading regional main contractor who work across multiple sectors and have a strong pipeline of work with both new and repeat clients.
