Responsibilities

Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care that promotes residents' health, dignity and independence. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines and care plans. Assess residents' health, monitor vital signs and identify any changes that may require medical attention.

Support residents with their daily care needs, including personal hygiene, dressing, mobility and toileting. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure residents' care records remain up to date. Work collaboratively with GPs, multidisciplinary professionals, residents and their families to support continuity of care.

Participate in training and ongoing professional development to maintain high standards of clinical practice. What We're Looking For A valid NMC registration and active UK PIN. At least one year's nursing experience; experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting would be advantageous.

A sound understanding of nursing procedures, medication management and clinical documentation. A genuine commitment to maintaining residents' dignity, safety and overall well-being. 20.94+ per hour Full-time hours of 36 per week.

A structured rota of 34 shifts per week. Enhanced overtime pay. Enhanced bank holiday rates.
