An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Electrician to join the companys growing nationwide Operations Team. Recognised for its technical expertise and customer-focused approach, the company delivers electrical and critical power solutions across a diverse range of client sites. Working primarily from home, you will support the London Operational Team and travel throughout the UK to install, test and maintain electrical and critical power supply systems. This varied position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects while developing your skills and career within the critical power industry.

Package

35,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience) Overtime opportunities paid at 1.5x & 2x rates Door-to-door pay (Travel paid) Private Healthcare On-call allowance and expenses Company vehicle with fuel card 25 days annual leave plus eight bank holidays Company pension scheme Equipment provided: Mobile phone, laptop, company uniform, PPE and tools supplied Ongoing technical training and development Supportive and friendly team environment Home-based role with nationwide travel

Responsibilities

Install electrical systems and critical power supply systems in accordance with current regulations Test electrical equipment and systems to ensure regulatory compliance and safe operation Complete reactive electrical maintenance and repairs across a range of client sites Diagnose electrical faults and carry out effective fault-finding Support project work and battery installation activities Provide electrical and technical support to colleagues Travel to customer locations throughout the UK as required Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota

Requirements

ECS Gold Card Current 18th Edition qualification NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification or an equivalent recognised qualification Full, clean UK driving licence Willingness to travel nationwide and work at different client sites Strong electrical installation, testing, maintenance and fault-finding capabilities Proactive and dependable approach to work Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team Interest in developing a long-term career within the critical power industry
