I am working with an international law firm that is seeking to recruit an Employment Lawyer with 3–5 years’ PQE to join its London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious employment lawyer looking to join a lean, collegiate team where they will have genuine exposure to a broad range of high-quality work.

The role will cover:

• Employment litigation and contentious matters

• Employment advisory work

• Transactional employment support

• A varied caseload involving both domestic and international clients

The team offers a strong balance of challenging, high-quality work alongside a genuine commitment to work/life balance. Given the lean structure of the team, the successful candidate will have significant responsibility and direct access to senior lawyers and clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong employment experience from a leading law firm and be comfortable handling a varied workload across contentious, advisory and transactional matters. xwzovoh
