They are a leading management agency for social media creators, specialising in TikTok, and are growing rapidly. As the business expands, they are now looking for a Talent Agent to join the team and drive the growth of their creator roster.

This is a very different role from a traditional recruitment or talent acquisition position. You'll be winning over models, musicians, influencers and emerging talent who may not have considered creating content professionally. You'll pitch the opportunity, build relationships and sign them up, much like a sales and business development role, with a social media and talent-scouting slant. Full training is provided, so you don't need previous experience of creator management, however a existing network or contacts in the modelling or music industries would be a real advantage.
