Project Manager - Wastewater / Civils - LTD (Outside IR35)

Randstad are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Water or Heavy Civils to work on a Water Framework project in Surrey. This is a long term site based contract expected to last a minimum of 18-24 months paid LTD (subject to satisfactory IR35 Assessment) Scope of works include earthworks, deep drainage, utilities, installation of RC structures and tanks. Previous experience working on a water framework and subcontractor management of multidisciplinary trades is highly desirable. Will also consider candidates from a heavy civils highways or rail background. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or HND Equivalent Experience working within the Wastewater sector or heavy civils for a main contractor / Tier 1 Must be able to drive due to location **Thames Water Passport highly desirable.
