We are currently recruiting for a Soldering Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Hinckley.
The successful candidate will be responsible for soldering circuit boards and electronic components used within the automotive industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous soldering experience who is looking for a consistent Monday-to-Friday role.
The Role Soldering circuit boards and electronic components
Working to detailed specifications and production instructions
Carrying out visual quality checks on completed work
Ensuring products meet required quality standards
Working efficiently to meet production targets
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all company health and safety procedures
The Ideal Candidate Previous soldering experience is preferred
Experience working with circuit boards or electronic components would xkybehq be advantageous
Excellent attention to detail
Good hand-to-eye coordination
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good attitude towards work and willingness to learn
