A nurturing primary school in Braintree is seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate to join their team as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant this September.
This role is ideal for an aspiring teacher or future child psychologist who wants to apply theory to practice while making a genuine difference to a child’s daily school experience.
 
About the Role As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will:
  • Provide tailored support to a pupil with additional learning, social or emotional needs
  • Implement strategies that promote confidence, independence and emotional regulation
  • Work closely with the SENCo, class teacher and external specialists
  • Build a consistent, trusting relationship with the pupil you support
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive and nurturing school environment

Academic Requirements To be considered, applicants must hold:
  • Strong GCSE and A‑Level results
