Sewing Machinist

CareerMakers Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Sewing Machinists in Skelmersdale, WN8. Duties: Operate industrial sewing machines to sew fabric Follow technical drawings and specifications Cut, measure, and trim materials to size as required. Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet the companys high standards. Maintain sewing machines and equipment, troubleshooting any issues and ensuring optimal performance. Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines. Adhere to company policies and quality control procedures. Skills: Experience with industrial sewing machines, including overlock and flatbed machines. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work consistently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
