Areas to be covered: North East & Scotland
Remuneration: £45,000 + bonus circa £10,000 - £20,000
Benefits: £6,200 annual car allowance & comprehensive benefits packages

The role of the Specification Sales Manager Automatic Doors will involve:
Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of access controls and site security
All of your time will be spent selling to FM companies, main contractors, sub-contractorsand end users
Project sizes will vary depending on what project for example could be anywhere between £5k - £500k
Good blend of account management and new business
Will inherit a well-established area currently turning over circa £2-3m
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager Automatic Doors with:
Must have construction field sales experience selling direct to site via FM companies, main contractors, sub-contractorsand end users
Must be able to digest technical information
Must be commercially astute
