About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Reward Specialist for a key temporary assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compensation expert to lead a high-profile project alongside essential "Business As Usual" reward activities within a global organisation.
Key Deliverables
Pay Structure Management: Oversight of pay bands and the development of clear pay policies and guidance documents.
Benchmarking: Lead comprehensive pay and benefit benchmarking, including participation in reward surveys to ensure internal and external market alignment.
Annual Cycles: Manage the end-to-end annual pay award process across various business areas.
Compensation Advisory: Level specific roles and recommend compensation levels based on data-driven insights.
Strategic Compliance: Monitor and analyse legislative or regulatory changes that impact compensation plans, providing pragmatic advice to the business.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, credible relationships with leaders to coach and advise on Reward best practice.Required Skillset & Experience
Reward Expertise: Substantial experience in a dedicated Reward and Compensation role, with a proven track record of managing complex reward structures.
International Exposure: Previous experience working across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
Data & Analytics: Advanced Excel skills with a high level of proficiency in modelling and data analysis to provide insightful recommendations.
Project Management: Proven experience in project management, with the ability to handle both strategic development and tactical implementation.
Communication: Strong ability to engage, influence, and build credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Organisation: High levels of prioritisation and multi-tasking skills with a focus on meeting strict deadlines.Attributes
