We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Restaurant Supervisor to join a high-end dining venue in the heart of London. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the management team in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring impeccable service standards, smooth operations, and strong team leadership throughout service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction at all times
Support training, coaching, and development of team members
Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service delivery
Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally
Work closely with management to drive performance and team culture
About You
Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Waiter/Waitress within a premium or luxury restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
Well-presented, professional, xwzovoh and hands-on approach
Experience within high-volume or fine dining environments is highly desirable
