Location: Blackburn Job Type: Temporary (with Temp-to-Perm Opportunities) Pay: £140 - £240 per day Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for a Qualified Teacher (QTS) to work across supportive school settings in Blackburn. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and passionate teacher looking for flexible supply work, short-term cover, or long-term placements within primary or secondary education. The Role Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs Supporting pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEN Working collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams Maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and safeguarding Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required Experience teaching within UK schools preferred Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills Ability to engage and inspire learners Commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing Why Join Spencer Clarke Group?
