Together, our people help customers produce food more responsibly, efficiently and sustainably.We're looking for a Global Supply Chain Director to lead our end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing and operational strategy across Europe and North America. Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the Global Leadership Team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the business, ensuring our operations are scalable, efficient and resilient while supporting growth, innovation and customer success.What you'll be doingLead global supply chain, manufacturing and operations across multiple international locations.Drive improvements in safety, quality, service, cost and operational performance.Strengthen planning, procurement, inventory and logistics capabilities to improve customer delivery and business resilience.Lead strategic operational projects, including continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.Partner with commercial, R&D and functional leaders to successfully scale new products and technologies.Develop high-performing teams and build leadership capability across the global operations function.What you'll bringSignificant senior leadership experience in supply chain, operations or manufacturing within a global, multi-site environment. Proven success leading operational transformation, business improvement and organisational change programmes.Strong commercial understanding and the ability to balance customer, operational and financial priorities.Experience leading diverse international teams and influencing across complex stakeholder groups.Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as supply chain, engineering, manufacturing or science.
