Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Contract: Full time, permanent

A well-established South Yorkshire law firm is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing litigation team based in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to handle a varied and high-quality caseload while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

You will manage a broad range of dispute resolution matters for both individuals and businesses, including:

• Commercial disputes
• Contract disputes
• Property and landlord & tenant litigation
• Debt recovery
• Civil litigation matters
• Contentious probate
• Partnership and shareholder disputes
• General business disputes

The successful candidate will have autonomy over their own caseload alongside the opportunity to assist on more complex matters where required.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' PQE within dispute resolution/litigation
• Strong technical and client management skills
• Experience handling a mixed litigation caseload independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to resolving disputes
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
