Residential Support Worker Milton Keynes | £14.75 – £15.25 per hour | 40 hours per week We are looking for a Residential Support Worker to join a supportive team within a children's residential home in Milton Keynes. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and young people and wants to make a genuine difference to their day-to-day lives, wellbeing and development. The Role You will support children and young people with their daily routines, emotional wellbeing, education, activities and personal development, helping to create a safe, stable and nurturing home environment. You will also: * Build positive and trusting relationships with young people. * Support care plans, routines, activities and independence. * Provide emotional and practical support. * Support with personal care and medication where required. * Promote positive behaviour and use agreed strategies. * Complete records, reports and handovers. * Work with families, social workers, schools and other professionals. * Act as a Key Worker where required. * Work as part of a rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
