Global Compliance & Risk Leader — FCA & AR Oversight

Infra One is seeking a Head of Compliance & Risk to oversee the UK entity's regulatory framework end-to-end. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to shape the function, not inherit a finished one.

You will drive the FCA authorisation process, hold SMF16 (Compliance Oversight) and SMF17 (MLRO) responsibilities, and build the AR onboarding and monitoring framework. You will design and deliver policies, procedures, and training, lead risk management, and act as a trusted adviser to senior
