Chef De Partie - Predominantly Monday - Friday - 40 - 45 hours

This private members club which is based in central London is seeking the talents of an experienced Chef De Partie to join its stable brigade. You will be based in their restaurant, but you will also be involved in events. You will be creating modern European dishes and there is a strong focus on using the best seasonal produce available.

• £36,296 per annum
• Predominantly Monday – Friday – (you will be required to work one Saturday a month and one Sunday every 3 months)
• 40-hour contract (most chefs are working around 5 hours overtime per week which brings your salary up to £42,345)
• Overtime paid at time and a third (£23.26)
