ServiceNow Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a number of ServiceNow Business Analysts to join their team based in Glasgow, working 1-2 days a week onsite on a six month initial contract. This role is Inside IR35.

Key requirements include:

• Strong experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Hands on experience working on ServiceNow modules (such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or CSM)
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and process improvements
• Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Ability to work closely with developers, testers, and project teams to ensure successful delivery
