ServiceNow Business Analyst
About the role
Our client is looking for a number of ServiceNow Business Analysts to join their team based in Glasgow, working 1-2 days a week onsite on a six month initial contract. This role is Inside IR35.
Key requirements include:
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
- Hands on experience working on ServiceNow modules (such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or CSM)
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and process improvements
- Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Ability to work closely with developers, testers, and project teams to ensure successful delivery
