Contract Site Manager – Passive Fire (8 hour Days) Contract Site Manager 📍 Bodmin, Cornwall 💰 Day Rate – DOE (Outside IR35 if applicable) 📅 Immediate Start I'm working with a leading passive fire protection contractor who requires an experienced Site Manager to oversee works on a project in Bodmin. The Role * Manage day-to-day site operations * Coordinate subcontractors and labour * Ensure H&S compliance * Liaise with the Project Manager and client * Drive programme and quality standards * Oversee passive fire protection works within occupied buildings Requirements * Proven Site Manager experience * SMSTS * CSCS * First Aid * Experience delivering passive fire/fire stopping projects (preferred) * Strong communication and organisational skills This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking for their next contract.
