As a Cover Supervisor: You will be responsible for delivering pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher, maintaining positive behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged and focused throughout lessons. You will work across a variety of subjects and year groups, gaining valuable experience within a secondary school environment. The schools offer supportive leadership teams, strong behaviour policies, and a positive learning environment where staff are valued and supported.
