Remuneration: £50,000 negotiable depending on experience +£15,000 bonus

The role of the Business Development Manager – Roofing & Waterproofing Systems will involve:

·Field sales position selling a high quality range of roofing & waterproofing systems such as; single play membranes, felt systems, hot & liquid applied waterproofing, ancillary and accessories

·All of your time will be spent selling to roofing contractors, flat roofing contractors building surveyors and roofing distributors / merchants such as; Jewsons, MKM and IBNG

·As the role progressing looking at targeting specifiers and contractor

·Targeted to turnover circa £2.5-£3m

·Good blend of account management and new business

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Roofing & Waterproofing Systems with:

·Must have sold a similar building envelope or roofing solution such as; xwzovoh guttering, roof tiles, insulation, flat roofing, pitched roofing, cladding, facades etc

·Must have sold to roofing contractors, flat roofing contractors building surveyors and roofing distributors / merchants

·Ideally have contractors and specification experience

·Genuine ‘get up and go', hungry and desire to earn

·Results orientated, hungry and enthusiastic
