Create Recruitment Specialists have partnered with an exciting, growing fashion and apparel brand to recruit a Senior Production Cooordinator to join their team in East London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced production professional who enjoys taking ownership of the full production process and working closely with suppliers and factories to ensure product is delivered on time, to specification, to the required quality and within agreed costs.

The role will involve managing production schedules and critical paths across multiple styles, colourways, suppliers and delivery dates. You’ll work closely with Design, Buying, Merchandising, Technical and Product Development teams, as well as external manufacturers, coordinating everything from purchase orders, fabric and trim bookings, lab dips and sample approvals through to bulk production, quality inspections, shipment and final delivery. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate production trackers, proactively identifying risks and delays, and ensuring suppliers are kept on track throughout the process.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience within fashion production or production co-ordination, ideally in a fast-paced luxury/RTW apparel environment. You’ll need strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and construction, experience working with multiple suppliers and overseas factories, and a good understanding of critical paths, technical packs, sourcing, fabrics, trims and quality processes. You’ll also need to be highly organised, commercially aware, confident communicating with suppliers and proactive in resolving production issues.

As this is a senior position, you’ll be expected to work with a high level of autonomy, take ownership of your production portfolio, anticipate problems before they arise and act as an escalation point when required. xwzovoh There will also be opportunities to support junior team members and contribute to improving production processes and efficiencies.
