Vacancy Details: Location: Altigaron Court, West Belfast Hours: 30 Contract: Permanent What Makes Altigaron Special? Altigaron is a warm, community-centred service in West Belfast, made up of 10 self-contained flats and a shared living area that supports 4 individuals with more involved care needs. We're more than a service - we're a neighbourhood hub, and we regularly get involved in: ? Community events and bake sales ? Seasonal celebrations and wellbeing days ? Partnerships with local initiatives ? As a Project Worker, you will: ?? Provide help with daily living skills, emotional wellbeing, and personal care (where required) ?? Get involved in planning community events and group activities ?? Work shifts on a rota including early and late shifts (with full training and support) You'll also have opportunities to build long-term relationships with the people you support, celebrating milestones, helping them through challenges, and being a key part of their everyday life.
