Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias) £48,000 | Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 We’re looking for an Electrically-biased Building Services Engineer to join a respected facilities management business on a prestigious Central London portfolio. This is working in a professional, client-facing environment. As a Building Services Engineer, you’ll be: * Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems * Working on LV systems, lighting, UPS, generators, AHUs, FCUs, and general building services * Managing subcontractors and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards * Using the BMS and CAFM systems to monitor performance and close out tickets * Maintaining plant rooms to a high standard and ensuring compliance at all times As a Building Services Engineer, you’ll need: * Minimum 5 years’ experience in building services or facilities maintenance * Strong electrical background with experience across HVAC and water systems * Good understanding of health & safety and permit-to-work systems * Client-facing with a professional, proactive approach This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Services Engineer to join a stable FM company with a strong reputation.
