Regional  Manager - Residential Care Services Kent £60,000 plus benefits Are you ready to join a warm, family-focused care provider where people truly come first?   This is an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to support and oversee a small portfolio of high-quality residential care homes across Kent. Working within a values-led organisation, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing person-centred care, ensuring each home delivers a safe, welcoming, and homely environment for residents and their families.   We are seeking a hands-on, supportive leader with a strong background in elderly care operations. You will bring experience in stabilising services, supporting Home Managers, and driving consistent quality across multiple sites, while maintaining a genuine focus on individual resident experience.   Working closely with a collaborative senior leadership team, you will lead on operational performance, quality assurance, and team development. You will provide guidance and mentorship to Home Managers, ensuring services are compliant, well-led, and continuously improving, while preserving the close-knit, family-oriented culture of the organisation.   This role will suit someone who is equally comfortable supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to wider service development.
