Recycling Site Manager

Job role: Recycling Site Manager Hours: Monday to Friday, Days Salary: £60,000 We are currently representing a leading Waste & Recycling company are looking for an experienced Recycling Site Manager to join the team. The Recycling Site Manager will be responsible for managing all recycling site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards within the production environment. Site Manager - Responsibilities: * Ensure the Transfer site operates at maximum efficiency * Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently * Supervise and manage staff to maintain high standards * Keep accurate records of maintenance and inventory * Oversee loading and unloading of materials * Enforce safety protocols for all staff * Suggest improvements for operational efficiency * Secure the facility and manage stock safety Site Manager- Skills and Attributes * Experience of working within a MRF site, Transfer Station, Recycling or Waste Site * Proven record in managing staff and ensuring efficient operations * Ability to conduct machinery inspections and schedule maintenance * Computer literate If you are interested in this Site Manager role, please send an up to date CV to this advert
