About the role
Role Definition
Reporting the Group Payroll Manager, the Payroll Co-Ordinator role will help to co-ordinate PDCG payrolls with high confidentiality. Ensuring compliance and continual communications between Global Mobility Partners, P&C, and outsourced payroll providers to enable the business to have reassurance that procedures and strict compliance is adhered to.
Core Responsibilities & Deliverables
* Assist with the administration of the Group Payroll Processes (UK and ROW)
* Assist with producing journals for implementation into finance system (Oracle)
* Attend meetings and assist Global Mobility Partners, P&C and payroll providers when required
* Manage internal and external queries – Including payroll calculations
* Check, update, and assist with implementation of payroll processes and procedures

Skills, qualifications and experience
Qualifications
* Experience in payroll (Advantage if understanding of Global payroll set-up/processing)
* Working with accounting systems and financial processes
* Adherence to accounting processes, procedures, and controls
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written
* Polite, professional, assertive, flexible, friendly and approachable
* Proficient in Excel
