About the role

Role Definition Reporting the Group Payroll Manager, the Payroll Co-Ordinator role will help to co-ordinate PDCG payrolls with high confidentiality. Ensuring compliance and continual communications between Global Mobility Partners, P&C, and outsourced payroll providers to enable the business to have reassurance that procedures and strict compliance is adhered to. Core Responsibilities & Deliverables * Assist with the administration of the Group Payroll Processes (UK and ROW) * Assist with producing journals for implementation into finance system (Oracle) * Attend meetings and assist Global Mobility Partners, P&C and payroll providers when required * Manage internal and external queries – Including payroll calculations * Check, update, and assist with implementation of payroll processes and procedures Team management responsibilities & key relationships Global Mobility Partners, P&C, and outsourced payroll providers Skills, qualifications and experience Qualifications * Experience in payroll (Advantage if understanding of Global payroll set-up/processing) * Working with accounting systems and financial processes * Adherence to accounting processes, procedures, and controls * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written * Polite, professional, assertive, flexible, friendly and approachable * Proficient in Excel Experience Commitment * Must be passionate about work, committed to excellence and continuous improvement. * Must be able to remain calm and focused in difficult situations. * Will not be afraid to challenge the current business processes. Planning and Organisation * Must be organised and prioritise own work to deliver on time through managing time effectively. * Able to work from home effectively. Communications * Must be able to build trust and confidence through open communications. * Must be able to use a range of communication skills and adapt these as necessary. Team Working * Must be able to participate, share knowledge and actively support colleagues. Note: The successful candidate will be required to complete pre-employment screening to BS7858:2019, or national equivalent. (Covers: Confirmation of identity, legal right to work, financial probity, criminal history and associations with proscribed organisations).
