We are looking for a reliable, customer‑focused operative to join our social housing maintenance team. Your specialist trade will form the foundation of your work, supported by a range of additional skills. What You’ll Bring * Plumbing expertise or Carpentry expertise as your main trade * Additional skills such as tiling, plastering, painting and general maintenance * Experience working in social housing or domestic repair environments * A professional, respectful approach when working in occupied homes What We Provide * Company van and fuel card * Stable, long‑term work with a supportive team * The Role You will carry out responsive repairs, planned maintenance and small works across a portfolio of social housing properties.
