JOB TITLE: Claims Solicitor (Professional Indemnity)LOCATION: LondonSALARY: 50K - 75KTHE ROLE: A specialist claims management organisation is seeking a Qualified Solicitor to join its Professional Indemnity team, handling complex claims on behalf of SRA and FCA regulated professionals.The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of professional indemnity matters, working closely with policyholders, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve high-quality claims outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of professional indemnity claims from inception to resolutionAct for SRA and FCA regulated professionalsAdvise on insurance law, contract law, and litigation strategyLiaise with clients, insurers, and third partiesMaintain accurate case records using relevant systemsDeliver effective, timely, and commercially focused outcomesABOUT YOU:Qualified Solicitor with professional indemnity experienceStrong understanding of insurance and litigation processesExcellent analytical and case management skillsConfident communicator and negotiatorAble to work independently and as part of a teamHigh attention to detail and strong professional standardsHOW TO APPLY:Contact Pasquale Agatiello at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
