Job Description
  • Provide expert legal advice on all commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents in both French and English.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international legal standards and regulations.
  • Support the legal department in managing legal disputes and litigation processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate legal risks.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure all legal documentation is accurately filed and accessible.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal matters.
The Successful Applicant

A successful French Speaking Lawyer should have:

  • Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional qualifications in law or a related field.
  • Experience in providing legal advice within an in-house environment.
  • Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal contracts and agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international legal regulations.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in Valencia.
